Whether you have a full household or plan to start child-rearing in a few years, school district quality is among the top concerns of potential home buyers. And for good reason! Trulia reports that ‘35% of American parents with children under 18 want to live near a great school district.’ Not only does living near a quality school district improve the education your little one will receive, it also affects your home’s resale value! Zillow recommends home buyers ‘think like a seller’ immediately before moving forward on a home. Real estate never comes with guarantees, but ‘it’s certain that parents will always want the best school they can afford for their kids.’
